We map the maturity of your current portfolio, program, and project practices using a structured, PMI-aligned approach (including the principles of OPM3®), answering three questions: at the project level, are we managing projects the right way; at the program level, are we delivering the right benefits; at the portfolio level, are we doing the right projects and programs? The assessment produces three deliverables, a Maturity Assessment Report (the diagnosed "as-is"), a Gap Analysis & Gap-Closure Report (the "to-be" with defined activities), and a Gap-Closure Roadmap (sequenced, prioritized actions over a realistic timeframe).
We design, deploy, and operate a new PMO, or enhance an existing one, defining the functions, services, governance, processes, templates, tooling, and reporting it needs. Crucially, we don't disengage until the PMO is fully operationalized, embedded in the organization, and integrated into its business processes.
Where useful, we run the PMO with you during stand-up and stabilization, transferring capability to your team so it's sustainable after we leave, and we build in the data foundations and AI-readiness that make the PMO fit for the agentic era.
